AI inside the application, not beside it

A new customer-specific application is the cleanest moment to design practical AI directly into the business process — where it acts on the real data, the real terminology and the real rules, rather than sitting in a separate tab that knows nothing about the work.

Every new solution is assessed for AI opportunities during design, and AI is used only where it improves the business process or the user experience.

Intelligent validation

Checks the meaning, consistency and plausibility of what was entered — not only whether a field is filled in or long enough.

Answers user questions from the application itself: its workflow, its business process, your terminology and your approved guidance.

Governed, not bolted on

AI designed as an application capability

Application code calls an Athentra-owned AI abstraction rather than coupling business logic directly to one provider's SDK. That lets us change models or providers centrally as the field moves, without redesigning every customer solution.

AI usage, cost, prompts, errors and the relevant safety controls are part of the standard operational baseline from the first deployment — not a later addition.

It is worth separating two things that often get blurred. Inside the Factory, AI accelerates our own engineering work under defined standards, automated quality gates and human review. Separately, AI can be embedded in the application we deliver for you. These roles stay distinct in architecture and in governance.

AI is designed as an application capability with governed access, monitoring, and an abstraction layer that keeps business logic independent from any single model provider.

One supported solution class

Browser-based applications, deliberately

Today the Factory delivers browser-based business applications: a React and TypeScript frontend, a C# and .NET backend, hosted and operated by us in Azure. Concentrating on one solution class is what makes the standard, the automation and the managed service dependable rather than aspirational.

The architecture is built to stay portable, so container hosting and deployment into a customer tenant can be supported as the Factory develops, without redesigning the business application.
